Do you have any idea why voice control is not allowing me to change tv channels? When I try to change channel with voice control, a pop up message appears every time which says I have to set my postcode. My postcode is already set in my account details and also in the tv channel settings which is where it takes me when I click on the message. I’ve tried inputting my postcode again, repeatedly, many times and the pop up postcode message appears every time I try to change tv channel by voice control. I phoned LG but they were unable to help me.

This is probably the worse one yet ,I should read reviews before hane money over .

How the water can be removed???

It really should be clearer that these need to be removed before use, I used my machine a couple of times and the vibration/machine dancing around the place caused damage to the wall and sink next to it, please put stickers or something else on these bolts!!!! By the sounds of it lots of customers have not removed the bolts. Will the machine likely to be damaged if I used it 3 times with the bolts in?

Wifi password incorrect

Hello, i need help, my LG smart tv started loosing connection with the magic remote. It became hard to scroll or select OK button but all other buttons work. The wifi and bluetooth no longer work.I tried to reset the remote control by pressing the Home and settings buttons and since then it has never reconnected. When i press other buttons like the mic button it prompts me to press the ok button/ wheel button to pair the magic remote but when i press it nothing happens. I tried the remote with another LG TV and they paired. How would you help.

4:08 This can be caused by "DNS Security" setting in your router. Problem actually LG not using a modern network stack, but turning DNS security off will get your TV connecting, I used a Draytek router.

Nice video. I have LG OLED 55C3. I get the error "No Internet via Ethernet" on both wired and wireless. However, software updates work and I can browse the internet so I obviously do have an internet connection. The idea to use a mobile hotspot is good. My TV does work using mobile hotspot. Amazon Prime, iPlayer etc work fine on wired once setup using the phone hotspot.
